Overview:
ANET Fiber Tech Inc. delivered an integrated renewable energy and EV-charging infrastructure package for a mixed-use development under Skyfeel Developments, supporting long-term sustainability goals and modern electrification requirements. The project involved comprehensive engineering and execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar arrays, combined with EV charger deployment and supporting electrical upgrades. ANET’s team completed full site surveys, structural assessments, and permitting processes with municipal authorities, ensuring alignment with applicable codes and industry standards.

Scope included solar PV system design, supply and installation, transformer and power distribution upgrades, conduit routing for future expansion, and installation and commissioning of EV charging stations. The system was engineered to maximize renewable generation capacity while future-proofing the development for the increasing demand for electric mobility. Completed on schedule, the project enhances the site’s energy efficiency, reduces long-term power dependency, and positions the development as a forward-thinking model for sustainable urban infrastructure in the GTA.
